The Customer Success Manager’s main responsibility is to own and cultivate the overall relationship with assigned customers by:

 

  • Finding new and creative ways to grow the revenue of our business while adding value to the assigned customers
  • Monitoring customer health to identify and manage account escalations
  • Managing a team of professionals to deliver multiple projects for assigned customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Becoming a trusted resource for our customers

 

Qualifications

 

  • Two to three years of experience working on a Digital Marketing Agency or similar environment
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Documentation and presentation skills
  • Creative and problem solving thinking skills
