Solutions Specialist, Salesforce CRM

Locations: Buenos Aires, AR & Santiago, CL

The ideal candidate for the Solutions Specialist position will have basic administrative knowledge in Salesforce Sales and/or Service Clouds, and the ability to offer best-in-class account administration to Devs United’s clients. Working under the Solutions Architect on projects, it is the Solutions Specialist’s job to work within a team environment to configure and test components of the solution based on the Solution Architect’s design.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage planned deliverables to the scope outlined in the Statement of Work(s)
  • Configure components of the Solution Design based on functional requirements outlined by the Solutions Architect
  • Ongoing maintenance and administration of customer accounts as needed
  • Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for customers related to their Salesforce instance
  • Ensure the quality of the overall solution / provide solution best practices and guidelines for the development team
  • Supplementing technical / functional documentation as required by the Solutions Architect
  • Collaborate with the client and internal teams to perform your role successfully
  • Carry out functional and technical quality processes for each solution component. Provide and manage the revisions arising in each test.
  • Communicate with the project team to maintain a clear view of the current status of all deliverables

Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales (CRM) and/or Service Cloud, or comparable CRM
  • Participation in projects using Project Management Methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Waterfall
  • Experience creating detailed requirements and functional specifications documents
  • Experience in identifying scope changes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in Professional Services or similar environment
  • Minimum of one (1) years of experience as a CRM administrator or comparable role
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) and/or Service Cloud
