5 Sessions You Shouldn’t Miss at Dreamforce 2026

Weve lost count of how much Dreamforce 2026 research weve done  and thats exactly why we wont waste your time on the obvious. Every year the catalog passes 1,600 sessions, and every year the same question echoes across the team and clients: which ones are actually worth blocking off? So, we read the catalog, hunting for the sessions that are interesting.

Marketing is our niche, so expect a bias in that direction  and no, we wont apologize for it. Dreamforce 2026 runs September 1517 at Moscone Center in San Francisco (free on Salesforce+ if youre joining remotely), all under one banner: becoming an Agentic EnterpriseHeres what wed tell anyone in our community not to miss.

 1. The Dreamforce Opening Keynote

Why we recommend it:

OK, this one is the obvious pick  but leaving it off a list like this would be a huge mistake. Marc Benioff and special guests open the show on day one, and this is where Salesforce makes its biggest announcements ansets the tone for the entire year. Everything else on your agenda will make more sense afteyouve watched it. If you only stream one thing live, make it this. Think of it as the map for the three days ahead  and this year, expect the Agentic Enterprise story to run through everything that follows. A super bold note here: For those expecting Marketing Cloud Next news, I think this might be the place where we hear some interesting announcements.

2. AIforce Keynote: Anywhere Humans and Agents Work

Why we recommend it:

If session No. 1 gives you the vision, this keynote shows you the plumbing. AIforce is about bringing Salesforce to any interface  the idea that humans and agents can work side by side in a single conversation, wherever the work actually happens. For developers and IT leaders, the good stuff is under the hood: how AIforce surfaces live Salesforce context and tools to power Claudeforce (a partnership between Salesforce and Anthropic) and your own custom agentic experiences, all with governance running across multiple surfaces. Tagged Intermediate and built on the Headless 360 platformits aimed squarely at the people wholl actually wire this up  which is exactly why it earns a spot on our list. If you want to see how the agentic enterprise gets from slide to production, start here.

3. Get Started With Marketing Cloud Next

Why we recommend it:

This is the one weve been circling in red ink. As a marketing-first team, we know exactly how much uncertainty has been swirling around the future of Engagement and the shift to Marketing Cloud Next  the rebuilt marketing stack that runs natively on the Salesforce core and Data 360. The questions we keep hearing from clients are the ones we want answered live: What does the migration path really look like? Whats changing for our journeys and personalization? And now that AMPscript support has landed, how much of our existing craft carries over? This is where the fog starts to lift and where we stop theorizing and start getting our hands dirty. Under the Agentforce Marketing umbrella, this is the future of how well all build campaigns  and we plan to walk out with a concrete sense of our next steps.

4. Unified Channels: Headless, Data 360 and Beyond

Why we recommend it:

Headless gets thrown around a lot, and its easy to nod along without pinning down what it means for your business. This session shows how headless architecture, Data 360 and omnichannel actually snap together to power one connected customer experience, with a real story from Syngenta on the marketer-and-architect teamwork behind it. What we like is that its pitched at both sides of the house: the marketers who own branding and storytelling across markets, and the architects wiring up the command center underneath. Expect concrete angles on keeping brand compliance while localizing content, cutting deployment time for tools and chatbots, and scaling personalization through real, operational alignment  not just tech. Its tagged Intermediate and its short, which makes it a high-signal 20 minutes if youre designing a future-ready channel strategy.

Why we recommend it:

Well admit a little bias on this one – Pato Sapir is one of our founders (and maybe also a friend of mine)  but wed send you here even if he werent. If you spend any time in the Trailblazer Community, you already know Pato: MVP, relentless builder and one of the most practical voices in the ecosystem. In this roundtable, hes joined by Jacob Hayes and other experts for an honest, hands-on conversation about turning Agentforce Marketing into use cases that actually produce measurable results  the right opportunities to target, the data and ownership behind them, and the pitfalls that quietly derail implementations after launch. The format is a roundtable, so bring a real use case and youll leave with a repeatable method (and a roadmap) instead of just slides. For a team trying to move from interested in agents to actually shipping them, this is gold  and yes, well be in the front row.
