Project Manager

Cleveland, OH – USA


The ideal candidate for the Project Manager position will have strong communication and organizational skills. As the client’s main point of contact during a technical implementation, it is the Project Manager’s job to understand and apply Devs United’s project methodology standards to all of his/her assigned projects to ensure that deliverables are met on time and to the satisfaction of the client.


Daily Responsibilities:


  • Be the main point of contact for a Client on assigned projects
  • Manage assigned projects to the scope outlined in the Statement of Work(s)
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met
  • Monitor overall project health and flag possible escalations to the Customer Success Manager
  • Ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to project delivery
  • Collaborate with the client and internal teams to perform your role successfully
  • Communicate with the client to maintain a clear view of the current status of all deliverables


Technical Knowledge:


  • Experience applying Project Management Methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Waterfall
  • Experience creating detailed project plans
  • Experience in identifying scope changes and issuing change orders
  • Apply basic Profit & Loss concepts to projects you own


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or similar environment
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing digital development projects
  • Experience using Quip or similar tool
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platform
